Schedule

• 7:00 AM – Gates Open
• 8:00 AM – Check-In & Safety Inspection
• 8:30 AM – Drivers’ Meeting
• 9:00 AM – Morning Warm-Up (5 minutes per class)
• 10:00 AM – Qualifying (6 minutes per class)
• 12:00 PM – Lunch Break
• 12:45 PM – Pre-Finals (10 laps)
• 3:00 PM – Finals (12 laps)

Times are estimated and subject to change. Some Pre-Finals may run before the lunch break if time allows.

Important Notes

• Race Day Mechanics: Please declare your race day mechanic during registration and ensure a mechanic pass is purchased prior to race day. Only declared mechanics with a valid mechanic pass will be give a wristband. Only 1 mechanic per racer.
• Racing will take place rain or shine.
• EDKRA reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions if necessary.
• Running kart engines in the paddock, pits, or on track is strictly prohibited prior to 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, or at sunset (whichever occurs first).
• Please respect the facility, neighbors, and fellow racers.

Out-of-town Racers

We now offer online pit stall, toy hauler stall, and RV reservations. On the event page, select “Book Paddock Space” to view all available stalls. Please reserve your stall for each event day you plan to attend.

Non-Member Fee

$50 per racer, per day

Required for any entrant who is not a current member of EDKRA or an affiliated kart club (CKRC, SSKC, NSKR, or WCKC). Members of affiliated clubs must be able to provide proof of membership

To purchase the Non-Member Fee, select “Buy Tickets and Passes” or add it during checkout after selecting your class.

EDKRA Member Race Day Fees

• EDKRA Member Registration Fees:$100 – First family member, first class
• $50 – Each additional class and/or additional family member
